We warmly invite you to chant and meditate every Tuesday and Saturday evening from 7:30 - 9:00 pm.

There is a newcomer orientation at 7:00 pm.

The Siddha Yoga Meditation Center in Los Angeles is open to all who wish to engage in the Siddha Yoga practices of meditation, chanting, seva and dakshina. Rooted in the wisdom of India's ancient sages, Siddha Yoga welcomes people of all faiths and cultures, teaching that divinity lies within each human being.

The Siddha Yoga path is one of inner transformation, based on the study and implementation of the timeless teachings of the Siddha Yoga Gurus, and enlivened by the grace of Siddha master, Gurumayi Chidvilasananda.

Saturday, July 4th

Gurupurnima Celebration 

7:30 - 9:00 pm 

Soon we will be celebrating Gurupurnima, one of the eight Siddha Yoga® holidays.

Gurupurnima is the full-moon day dedicated to honoring the Guru, and you can read a story about the origins of Gurupurnima here on the Siddha Yoga website.

This year Gurupurnima is on July 6th. Here at the Siddha Yoga® Meditation Center in Los Angeles we will honor this day by participating in a Celebration Satsang on Saturday, July 4th at 7:30 PM.

Guru Gita with live musicians at 8:00 am 

 

Monday, July 6th

Gurupurnima chant in the Temple

7:30 - 9:00 pm 

In honor of Gurupurnima we will be chanting Om Namah Shivaya with Gurumayi on CD followed by meditation. 

 

Sunday, July 26th 

10:30 - 11:30 am 

Monthly Family Satsang

Gurupurnima Celebration Satsang. Everyone is welcome.  

 

Saturday August 1st

Welcome Tea

4:30 - 6:00 pm

If you are new to Siddha Yoga Meditation and would like to join us to meet others in the community, you are warmly invited to be with us to learn more about the practices of Siddha Yoga.

The welcome Tea will include chanting, meditation, a short video of Gurumayi, shares, and time for questions and answers.
