We warmly invite you to chant and meditate every Tuesday and Saturday evening from 7:30 - 9:00 PM.
There is a newcomer orientation at 7:00 PM.
The Siddha Yoga Meditation Center in Los Angeles is open to all who wish to engage in the Siddha Yoga practices of meditation, chanting, seva and dakshina. Rooted in the wisdom of India's ancient sages, Siddha Yoga welcomes people of all faiths and cultures, teaching that divinity lies within each human being.
The Siddha Yoga path is one of inner transformation, based on the study and implementation of the timeless teachings of the Siddha Yoga Gurus, and enlivened by the grace of Siddha master, Gurumayi Chidvilasananda.

Preparation Satsang for A Sweet Surprise

You are invited to prepare to receive Gurumayi’s Message for 2014, by participating in the Preparation for A Sweet Surprise 2014.
In this Preparation we will practice Gurumayi’s instructions on easy posture and easy breathing. Gurumayi designed these instructions specifically for us to practice in preparation for A Sweet Surprise.
Siddha Yoga meditation teacher Meera Laube-Szapiro will lead us through these instructions via audio recording.
